MANGO LIME MARGARITA

1.5 oz. Titanium Blanco Tequila

.5 oz. DeKuyper 03 Orange Liqueur

1.5 oz. Lime Juice

2 oz. Island Oasis Mango Puree

Hard shake. Serve in a double rocks glass with Tajin, salt, and sugar mix rim. Garnish with a lime wedge.

VIOLET RITA

2 oz. Titanium Blanco Tequila

1 oz. Lime Juice

.5 oz. Crème de Violette

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

Shake and strain over ice. Serve in a double rocks glass with sugar rim. Garnish with a slice of lime.

SPRING BERRY RITA

2 oz. Titanium Blanco Tequila

1.5 oz. Lime Juice

.5 oz. DeKuyper Raspberry Liqueur

1 oz. Monin Agave Syrup

Shake and strain. Serve in a pint glass with half rim salt and sugar mix. Garnish with a lime wedge.

CUCUMBER SMASH MARGARITA

2 oz. Titanium Blanco Tequila

1.5 oz. Agave Syrup

1.5 oz. Lemon Juice

3 Slices of Cucumber

5-10 Mint Leaves

Hard shake. Serve in a pint glass with half rim. Tajin, salt, and sugar mix. Garnish with a lemon wedge and mint sprig.

BAJA SUNSET MARGARITA

2 oz. Titanium Blanco Tequila

1 oz. Grenadine into a Pin Glass

.5 oz. Monin Agave Syrup

.75 oz. Lime Juice

1.5 oz. Pineapple Juice

Shake and strain. Serve in a pint glass with half rim. Tajin, salt, and sugar mix. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

PINK SEÑORITA

2 oz. Titanium Blanco Tequila

1 oz. Triple Sec

2 oz. Pink Lemonade

1 oz. Lemon Juice

Shake and strain over ice. Serve in a double rocks glass with salt rim. Garnish with a slice of lemon.

AGAVE THYME FIZZ

1.5 oz. Titanium Blanco Tequila

.75 oz. Agave Syrup

.75 oz. Lime Juice

Pinch of Sea Salt

Shake and strain. Top with Topo Chico. Serve in a Collins glass. Garnish with 2 Thyme Sprigs and a Lime Wheel.

SOUTHEAST SMASH

2 oz. Titanium Blanco Tequila

1 oz. Honey Syrup

1 oz. Lemon Juice

1.5 oz. Float Brewed Tea

3-5 Basil Leaves

Shake and strain. Serve in a collins glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

JALPEÑO SPICY PALOMA

2 oz. Titanium Blanco Tequila

.5 oz. Lime Juice

.5 oz. Agave Syrup

3 Slices of Jalapeño

Shake and strain with ice (leave ice and jalapeños in shaker). Top with Grapefruit soda. Serve in a double rocks glass with a salt rim. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

LONE STAR RANCH WATER

2 oz. Titanium Blanco Tequila

.25 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Add ice and stir. Top with 4-5 oz of Topo Chico. Serve in a collins glass or double rocks glass. Garnish with 3 lime wheels.

SMASHED PIÑA

2 oz. Titanium Reposado Tequila

2 oz. Pineapple Juice

.5 oz. Agave Nectar

1 oz. Lime Juice

Shake and strain. Serve in a margarita glass. Garnish with agave nectar, toasted coconut rim, and 2 pineapple leaves.

2.5 oz. Titanium Reposado Tequila

1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice

.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

Shake and strain over ice. Serve in a Collins glass with ice. Garnish with an orange wheel.

POMEGRANATE MARGARITA

2 oz. Titanium Reposado Tequila

1 oz. DeKuyper 03 Orange Liqueur

1 oz. Pomegranate Juice

3 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix

Shake and strain. Serve in a 18 oz. goblet glass. Garnish with salt & sugar rim mix, sugar dusted cherry (cranberry optional), and a lime wedge flag.

SEASONAL SYMPHONY

1.5 oz. Titanium Reposado Tequila

.75 oz. Monin Habanero Lime Syrup

.75 oz. Pineapple Juice

1 Dash of Orange Bitters

Shake and double strain. Serve in a flute. Top with 2 oz. Brut. Garnish with a lime twist and a skewered cranberry.

CANELA CAPITAN

2 oz. Titanium Reposado Tequila

.5 oz. Cointreau Orange Liqueur

.5 oz. Honey Syrup

3 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix

2 Dashes Ground Cinnamon

Shake and strain. Serve in an 18 oz. goblet glass. Garnish with .5 oz. cinnamon sugar rim and a lime wedge.

MICHELADA MARIA

1.5 oz. Titanium Reposado Tequila

1 oz. Lime Juice

3 oz. Bloody Mix

1 oz. Mexican Beer

3 Dashes of Worcestershire

2-5 Dashes of Tabasco (optional)

Serve in a margarita glass. Top with  Mexican beer. Roll. Garnish with 1/2 Tajin rim, lime wedge, and pickled okra.

CHATEAU PERRY

1.5 oz. Titanium Reposado Tequila

.75 oz. Pecan Liqueur

.75 oz. Lime Juice

1 oz. Pineapple Juice

1.5 oz. Famille Perrin Cote du Rhone Rouge

Shake, double strain, and layer. Serve in a 10 oz. cocktail or martini glass. Top with famille perrin cote du rhone rouge.

MEXICAN DAISY

1.5 oz. Titanium Reposado Tequila

.5 oz. Guajilo Pepper Puree

.75 oz. Lemon Juice

.5 oz. Honey Water Batch

.5 oz. Agave Syrup

2 Dashes Bitters

Shake and strain. Serve over ice in a coupe glass. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel.

MARGARITA NEGRA

2 oz. Titanium Reposado Tequila

1 oz. Lime Juice

1 oz. Orange Liqueur

.5 oz. Agave Syrup

.5 oz. Activated Charcoal

Shake and strain. Serve over ice in a double rocks glass with salt rim. Garnish with a lime wheel.

CANCUN SUNRISE

2 oz. Titanium Reposado Tequila

1 oz. Finest Call Citrus Sour

.5 oz. Lime Juice

1 oz. Sangria

Shake and strain. Top with sangria. Serve in a 10 oz. martini glass. Garnish with orange wedge and a cherry flag.

OLD FASHIONED

3 oz. Titanium Añejo Tequila

2 oz. Island Oasis Mango Puree

.25 oz. Agave Nectar

1 Dash Angostura Bitters

Muddle agave nectar and bitters with an orange peel. Stir with ice until chilled and strain. Serve in a double rocks glass. Garnish with a cherry.

THAI GRAPEFRUIT EXPLOSION

1.5 oz. Titanium Añejo Tequila

.5 oz. Lime Juice

.5 oz. Green Chartreuse

5 Basil Leaves

Top with San Pellegrino Pompelmo Sparkling Grapefruit

Gently muddle basil leaves and lime juice. Top with sparkling grapefruit drink. Shake and strain. Serve in a double rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a sprig of Thai basil.

AÑEJO MANHATTAN

2 oz. Titanium Añejo Tequila

1 oz. Sweet Vermouth

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Stir with ice and strain. Serve in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with maraschio cherry or orange of lime twist.

FOREIGN AFFAIRS

2 oz. Titanium Añejo Tequila

1.5 oz. Sweet Vermouth

1.5 oz. Maraschino Liqueur

2 Dashes of Orange Bitters

Stir. Serve in a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

DISTRITO FEDERAL

1.5 oz. Titanium Añejo Tequila

1 oz. O3 Orange Liqueur

.75 oz. Lemon Juice

1 oz. Cranberry Juice

Shake and strain. Serve in a double rocks glass. Garnish with 2 dehydrated lime wheels.

JALISCO FUME

2 oz. Titanium Añejo Tequila

.5 oz. Licor 43

2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

1 Dash Angostura Orange Bitters

Stir and double strain. Serve in a double rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with flamed orange peel.

2 oz. Titanium Añejo Tequila

1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

1oz. Triple Sec

.5 oz. Agave Syrup

Shake with ice and strain. Serve in a coupe glass with sugar rim. Garnish with Lemon peel twist.

1.5 oz. Titanium Añejo Tequila

.75 oz. Honey Syrup

.75 oz. Grapefruit Juice

.5 oz. Lemon Juice

LA NIÑA

2 oz. Titanium Añejo Tequila

1 oz. Liber & Co. Passion Fruit Syrup

1 oz. Lemon Juice

1 oz. Lime Juice

3 Dashes of Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters

3 Sliced Strawberries

Shake and strain. Serve in a Collins glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge and parasol.

MATADOR

1 oz. Titanium Añejo Tequila

1 oz. Amaretto Liqueur

.25 oz. Turbinado Syrup

1 oz. Lemon Juice

1 Dash Angostura Bitters 

Shake and strain. Serve in a double rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and a skewered Luxardo Cherry.
