Our tequila begins with the finest Highlands Blue Weber Agave, hand-selected at peak maturity when flavor and sweetness are at their fullest. Guided by generations of expertise, our jimadors harvest each plant with care, cutting away everything but the piña—the heart of the agave and the source of its true character.
The piñas are gently roasted in stainless steel autoclaves, a slow, meticulous process that reveals their natural richness while ensuring a clean, consistent flavor. Once roasted, they are delicately shredded and their juices extracted, setting the stage for fermentation.
Fermentation unfolds unhurried and precise, guided by our proprietary yeast to shape a spirit of remarkable depth and balance. Finally, the tequila is twice distilled in traditional pot stills, resulting in a small-batch tequila that is smooth, complex, and true to its natural essence. Distilled without additives or artificial flavoring, Titanium preserves the pure soul of the agave—an honest expression of tequila as it was meant to be.

"Hacienda la Capilla” is one of the tequila haciendas that endures in Jalisco. It has its origins in the late nineteenth century; its first owner was Don Antonio “El Amo” Aceves, who devoted his life to the grow of agave and the Tequila production.
The hacienda is located in the region Los Altos of Jalisco to the east of Guadalajara, regarded as one of the best locations for growing agave due to the weather conditions and the properties of the earth, reason why here are several of the finest Tequila producers.
Compañía Tequilera Hacienda La Capilla (NOM 1479) has created its history for over 150 years and today is a tequila producer house distinguished by the high quality standards of its products that have been possible to achieve thanks to the collaboration of a local labor force whose life has always revolved around Tequila and to our well-equipped production plant for our various Tequila brands, which in addition to being consumed in our country are internationally distributed.
