
Our tequilas begin with the world’s finest 100% tequilana blue weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

Our tequila begins with the finest agave, hand-selected at the peak of maturity when flavor and sweetness are at their fullest. With generations of expertise, our jimadors harvest each plant with care, cutting away everything but the “piña,” or heart, the pure essence of the agave.
The piñas are then gently roasted in stainless steel autoclaves, a slow and meticulous process that reveals their natural richness while ensuring a clean, consistent flavor. Once perfectly roasted, they are delicately shredded and their juices extracted, setting the stage for fermentation.
Fermentation unfolds in the open air, unhurried and precise. A proprietary yeast is introduced to guide the process, shaping a spirit of remarkable depth and balance. Finally, the tequila is distilled twice in traditional pot stills, resulting in an exceptional small-batch tequila that is smooth, complex, and unlike any other.
